Bike/slog/strength/stretch

More seat time on the MTB, doing some trail loops and general peddling/maneuvering to toughen up my bottom, legs and brush up on technical skills. I rode for 24 minutes (avg hr of 132), did foot cardio (avg hr of  for 134) for 9 minutes, did some upper body for 6 (avg 128), and then did stretching to end.  I earned 109 points on this workout with and average z-factor of 2.1.

Need to do some brake maintenance on the bike, and will head out into the rain today.
